We have earned a reputation for providing high quality service acting on behalf of numerous corporations including not-for-profits, professional partnerships, educational institutions and government agencies. Our activities include searching for new space, lease negotiation, lease renewal negotiation, and disposition of excess office space. We provide comprehensive advice and expert guidance for often complex issues involving multiple stakeholders.
We seldom have conflicts of interest allowing us to be true tenant advocates. We are a boutique and don't accept listings from Landlords.
For the realisation of a complete office space solution, engaging other professionals is often required. We have the ability to introduce clients to other professionals such as best-in-class designers and commercial real estate lawyers.
